The Equinox Series

From 2013 - 2019, Almanac's bi-annual micro-residency and mixed bill showcase offered a diverse array of Philadelphia-based artists a chance to share their newest and freshest works for the community.

Each fall and each spring, Almanac's ensemble worked for 15-20 hours over four days with a unique guest artist to create the first draft of a new work of performance. Guest artists have included Martita Abril, Josh McIlvain, Sam Tower, Vanita Kalra, LM Feldman, Shizu Homma, Tamasz Marquart, and Rosanna Gamson.
