Fix Me
A duet on queerness between Cairo and Philadelphia.

Fix Me is a full-length dance theater piece that explores queer male impulses across disparate cultural contexts. Created through exchange between an Egyptian choreographer and an American physical theatre artist and acrobat, it explores the ways queerness is still inhibited by the self, by others, and by larger cultural and religious contexts. The duet uses dance, physical theatre, and acrobatics to tackle a universal concern, merging two individual stories into one.
