Cannonball Festival is back with a mini-festival of vital works from risk-taking independent artists!

Last September, the collective dreaming of Almanac and the MAAS Building resulted in Cannonball Festival, an independently-produced satellite festival concurrent with the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. With 150 performances of 28 shows over 21 days, the festival made a splash.

Cannonball will be back this year (artists - our open call is OPEN NOW!!), but we just couldn't wait for September to come to celebrate the work of boundary-pushing artists in our community. So we created Miniball concurrent with Philadelphia Theatre Week April 3rd - 8th.

With shows that do everything from queer contemporary circus to celebrate the artistry of sex workers to compost our present apocalypse, free community events, and a gorgeous garden bar, Miniball is not to be missed!
